IDEA 2022-2023 LISE Results
As obesity and diabetes rates continue to increase in the Rio Grande Valley, UCD has created the Life Is Sweet Enough campaign- a campaign that aims to help individuals prevent diabetes type 2 by making healthier choices such as reducing sugary beverage intake and increasing water intake instead. IDEA Public Schools had 28 of its Rio Grande Valley Schools participate in this campaign for the 2022-2023 school year and the results were admirable.
